I’m Jaida Shehab, a life coach who believes that real change doesn’t come from pressure — it comes from clarity.
I started my coaching journey after seeing how many people feel stuck, overwhelmed, and disconnected from themselves, even when everything looks “fine” on the outside.
Through my work, I realized that most people don’t need more motivation — they need space to reset.
Space to pause.
Space to reflect.
Space to choose differently.
That belief is what shaped everything I do as a coach.
Why The Reset Space Exists
The Reset Space was created as an extension of my coaching work.
Not everyone is ready for 1:1 coaching — but everyone deserves access to tools that support growth, self-awareness, and inner alignment.
This space exists to offer guided resets through thoughtfully designed workbooks, prompts, and tools that help you reconnect with yourself and move forward with intention.
It’s not about fixing yourself.
It’s about coming back to yourself.
